Cuba Libre – Rumson’s Spiced Rum, Licor 43, fresh squeezed lime juice, and coke
Rumson’s Grand Reserve – Full-bodied sipping rum with notes of caramel and butterscotch. Served on the rocks or neat
Coffee Rum – Smooth and sweet, with a warm roasted coffee flavor, hint of vanilla, and a decadent buttery finish. Served in Coffee or neat

Filet Mignon – Beef tenderloin medallions marinated in a spicy Morita pepper and (Rumson) rum sauce
Red Snapper – Grilled white filet fish laid in a traditional chipotle pepper sauce garnished with baby shrimp
Dessert – Rum mousse made with Rumsons Coffee Rum
